Pituitary gland makes testosterona.
correct me if I am wrong but doesnt it produce a whole other hormone ( lh/fsh) which then gives the lyeig cells in the testes a signal to produce testosterone ? this is the basis on which clomid works to bring up the levels after guys stop using steroids
Anyway if it happens to a grown man, he will not look different that much, becasue the testosterone has done its work to shape his body from 13 years to 21 or so. But a teenager who it happens to will have alot harder time as it is needed to develop and shape the body. Ofcourse the guy with no testes will not ever be horny or desire sex and not get a hard on easy. But that problem is ot that hard to solve, ei HRT
