Just finished ninth week of training, was off completely from training for five years after a crushing divorce was on TRT 250 week throughout that time but no lifting or eating healthy.
. Am on a gram of test and 500 deca, went from 164 to 185 pretty quick. Muscle memory is definitely helping and starting so underweight gave me a lot of room to just eat without overthinking macros and all.
Before I lifted for strength, triples were my answer for everything...this time I'm keeping reps at 8-12 and it does seem to make a difference in terms of size. Will keep updated as time goes on.
