you got that right , when you look at pics of pros from the 70's early 80's you can tell they trained hard, they didnt have hgh and gurus to dry them out , they trained there asses off on low calorie diets to get lean
guys today , eat a shit load of calories and whatever they want do a ton of hgh and go to a guru to fry there kidneys
the sport today is a fucking joke. and that is why it is at the lowest levels of popularity its ever been.

I knew and called it from day one ... Phil is cocky and arrogant as hell , all these guys who say I've seen Phil in person he's cool ... I've seen him in person too still cocky he has the little routine he does to cover it but to the trained eye it's very apparent.... But if that's his nature ... Cool whatever.... lately though he seem he seems just out there rambling.... While Kai is completely calm and pleasant . Phil keeps talking about haters when it's basic knowledge that everyone in the world will not love you. Anyone who isn't a fan is a hater.....

Kai personality wise is the complete anti- thesis of Phil : humble, modest, trains hard, there is real substance to Kai,a genuine good human being. sure he did some G4 P to make ends meet but who are we to judge Kai for that.

Kai's past is bad but it seems he learned from it and is now a decent guy today. Phil had a clean past but he's an asshole today. I see people are having buyers remorse towards Phil. It took some time but Phil's so called squeaky clean image isn't so squeaky clean. It looks like this. Kai's past is bad but it seems he learned from it and is now a decent guy today. Phil had a clean past but he's an asshole today. Phil is squeaky clean, it's just this---Phil with Kai's mentality would be unstoppable. And that is the thing, Phil has become Mr. O without Kai's mentality, and Kai has not become Mr. O due to a combo of things. Phil's downfall will be himself, his inability to rise above the "haters" and not care about what people say, but he gives too much attention to those "haters". Kai could care less, and he is more positive minded.

He's squeaky clean as in no shadiness in his past and right now. Dude is just insecure. Almost all champions exhibit some sort of arrogance. Jordan, Ali, Ronnie, Tyson. And many times the root of all that arrogance IS insecurity. The only thing you can really say about Phil is that he "crossed the line", meanwhile a certain someone can wax poetic of the virtues of citric acid.

Phil's eyes are set on way more than Bodybuilding. He's positioning himself for way more than the bodybuilding world but I think he needs to realize that this is a lily pad and you don't want to shit on the people who brought you to the dance. Haha thanks. Here I thought I was done with this stuff but guess not...
. He has to keep a certain look for the whole former bodybuilding champion business but smart as he is, he will need to downsize to make himself marketable and appealing to mainstream.
He's a very charismatic and engaging individual so he will do well in the business sector. He just needs to keep in mind this is his lily pad and he doesn't want to alienate the people who got him to the dance. I've seen him one on one with people and he's fantastic.could it be construed as disingenuous? Yes but nonetheless people remember that and become fans like that.
His insecurities shine through majorly on social media and in his videos. He either needs to get over it or get off.
