I played around for a little bit.  The term "Constitution" is used more by Republicans, but "Bill of Rights" is used more by democrats.

"Homosexual" is used by Republicans about 75% more than by democrats.

Funny that when you search racial terms such as "Negro", "Nigger", "racial", "interracial", etc. They're almost only said by members of the democratic party.
