feels great training pecs, delts and arms, but leg training suck ass and calf training is dull as hell zzzzzzzz
i've actually trained my calves for the past month or so coz my girlfriend got on me about my chicken legs, and they've actually gotten bigger but i got the high calf thing going on so that's that

he is off-season dumb fuck. Look at one of his competition photos when Dr.J cutts weight he looks just about pro level, he actually has better legs then most pros. Dr.J also does not use a insane amount of steroids. Dr.J is fucking huge and like I said he has crazy quad sweeps and nice teardrops! comes in looking bone dry when he competes.
