Overall look and proportion.

You have a bird neck with no traps and your posture is terrible. Front delts are too big. Chest has a gap..wide hips..and you are stringy.

You do get hard dry and vascular..which is good.

But you are bringing a knife to a gunfight here.

my shoulder to waist ratio is damn good, thanks to my outstanding torso and my very narrow waistline

and wide hips ??? LOL yeah right uncle

also my proportions are very, very good (except for the calves, but who gives a shit about those anyways)
