I'm currently dieting on 1900 kcals a day, 90g carbs. About 10 weeks in, and so far haven't noticed any obvious loss of muscle.

Diet is simple, I cut out ALL refined sugar, and count how many grams carbs im eating per day - the other 1540 kcals by default come from protein and fat........how many grams protein? I don't give a shit!

As long as I'm eating 1900 daily, doesn't matter.

When i'm down to 8%, i'll keep the carbs at 90g, but try to get the other 1500kcal from mostly lean protein sources - that should get me down to 5-6%.

Wes didn't leave Getbig because "he felt like it". That's total bullshit and anybody who believes it is an idiot.

He left because GH15 gave him an ultimatum. I was posting at ripped.com when Wes was bashing Getbig along with everybody else. Almost no one had the balls to stand up to the almighty and if they did they got banned.

Wes has made his triumphant return because GH15 wants him to slowly work his way back on this board and gain people's trust so he can push GH's drugs.

This is actually obvious even if you don't know what's going on at ripped.com.
