I can see a 20 yr old doing something like this out of stupidity , but at her age its just mind boggling..

exactly...i wonder who's advice she is following?  Mike needs to shut up and train. There is always an excuse that he uses for something. His awful advice has not only destroyed his looks with his cheap gear, but now he is endangering his sister Laura. The guy is like a mad scientist working on Frankenstein, he doesn't know what he is doing, just feeding himself drugs without knowing the consequence or health issues.
