Lying leg curl 1x13,6,5 2x rest pause set then partials to finish

Standing leg curl 1x12,5,4 as above rest pause and partials
Adductor machine 1x11
Horizontal calf machine 1x13
Seated calf 1x10
Back at it now, Training took back seat as was really busy with work was still going but everything was shit. Also started testosterone again a while ago I weighed up the risks after the heart issues vs how much I was actually enjoying life with low testosterone (very little) so decided fuck it I’m going back on started on 250mg of Chiron test c and felt amazing but whrn ran out sourced some locally and within a few weeks started feeling shit and lost 4kg/8.8lbs. Started back on Chiron test c already feel great and look fuller after only 2 shots. I’m sure I’ll get a telling off by Jane along with her usual threats of violence for this haha but life feels better on test.
