im 6"1, 185lbs so i wouldnt say it is small. i guess it depends on what the 200 looks like. When i was 205 i had a 31" waist, 15.5" arms and looked like i was 160lbs. Just my genetics i guess, the weight seems to go to my legs

yes, I think 200 lbs is small for 6 ft. I am 5' 7'' and weigh 198 lbs. Everytime I look in the mirror, I feel avg. So I can only imagine how you must feel.

I don't want to give the wrong impression. I'm probably about 12% bf right now. I figure I will weigh @ 180 when I diet for my bodybuilding show. Lee is 5' 4'' (correct me if I'm wrong) and weighs 215 contest time.

I think it depends on the amount of muscle you carry on your frame, the shape and the bf % ... when I was 6" 205-210 (naturally) I thought I had a good quality , solid lean build, now that I'm more accustomed to being 6" 235-245 I feel there's still so much more to be done, it's weird but the bigger I get the more I think I have to add/improve. As opposed to when I was smaller and natural.

Natural at 225 pounds at 5,11 i feel small i am lean and healthy as opposed to when im on and my internal organs are stressed to the max some 40+ pounds heavier.
I think i will accept my genetic potential and stay natural and try and gain that extra 10 to 15 pounds and i will never bash anyone who uses that some people on this board like to do declaring there natural status like a badge of honour.
By the way Lee Preist weighs 196 to 200 pounds contest condition at 5,4 pretty fucking amazing.

yeah mate, havent lifted for over a year and cant seem to motivate myself into getting back into it. As i said though, all the weight goes into my legs as theyre still quite big and cut.

As long as you're healthy and are satisfied with your appearance than good for you. I would advise you to try to stay active through sports or a lot more sex to keep fit.

I'm 6 weeks out from my show, and stand 6'1 and currently weigh 174. Not a mass monster obviously, but the show is natural, and the judges seem to really focus on conditioning. thanks

i guess in average, general population it's fairly decent sized but in bodybuilding terms it's anorixic in terms of weight and thickness.

size = lean size = no fat

250lb 18% is shit no matter how you look at it ,,
180lb 5-6% will wipe the floor upside down with 250lb 18% as logn as they are same height
