I think Jay explained the inner workings of IFBB judging, particularly the Mr. o judging---when and if the judges think you are ready to win and be Mr. O, then they will "call your name". It's not necessarily whether you are the best up on stage, but it's when They determine when you are ready to be Mr. O, it's a power play, involving many diff things, including image, endorsements, etc.
