The point is everyone needs areality check eventually and thats what i he giving him. We live in a society where people are afraid to say what is on their mind and they use terms like hahah "just kidding" to keep from saying what they really want to. People take offense to honesty. People should be upfront and honest no matter how rude it is. People need to hear the truth and it usually isnt pretty.

But his opinions are not just that.  If he said Trey looks huge but is obviously on a huge cycle, and may be risking something doing that so young, that would be OK in my book.  But his "slick" personal attacks are unnecessary.  How is he more fortunate than the next?  You are friendly with him because he helped you.  If you tld him his ways of training and were odd and you were unsure of them he would have attacked you just like the next.

I actually think Leafy got an excellent frame and good proportions for bodybuilding. Here are my 2 extremes :



  they are both at the same bodyweight : 200 lbs..

Hahah yes thank you. I hope i can progress this year as quickly as i did last. My goal for this year is 175 ripped but thats 29 lbs of lean mass in a year.

Agree , Met Trey at Olympia expo. Great Guy. Even asked myself And 2 friends if he could sit with us while he Devoured a burger. Very easy to talk to and said he's looking foward to doing the U.S.A.
