Title: Thinking about shifting my training from powerlifting to powerbuilding
Post by: mrnate on September 06, 2012, 10:45:33 PM
I'm on 5/3/1 at present, but am thinking about doing my assistance work more in line with a bb routine. Does anyone have any experience with powerbuilding?

Great posts, thanks everyone.

Wendler actually put up a post recently about increasing volume if you're adopting your assistance work for more hypertrophy.

Good read:
