Agree dude 100%. I hate cell phones. I have to travel a lot and I cannot believe how fcking arrogant some people can be, and it seems to be mostly women. They think everyone is interested in their conversations. They are so self centered and entitled, its digusting.
And I think you hit it on the head about them needing stimulation, I notice that people that use cell phones in public are usually not very smart people who need some sort of constant low grade stimulation.
If its not the phone then its the iPod, if its not the phone or the IPod its food or drink. Thats why they are all stupid and fat.
The lower classes are such suckers for these stimulations because they are not very educated and cannot think for themselves without some kind of crutch. It is amazing how these corporations can these sucker people in to buy all their shittt.

I agree 100%. People answer their cellphones while in mid-conversation with others, as if their calls are life and death situations, pushing all other matters aside. Incredibly rude, if you ask me. Unless, of course, the call is in actuality, important.
The ability to occupy one's time without the need for outside stimulus, does seem to be a pursuit of the more intellectually minded. I know many people that have to cannot, for the life of them, enjoy an afternoon alone, by themselves. They would die of boredom. It reeks of a total lack of imagination, or, for lack of a better explanation, low intelligence.
I never made the stupid and fat correlation, but it does ring true. I like that one.
