Please help. Here's my sample diet for trying to bulk. Mornin, weight gainer shake with bout 600 cal 40 protien and 150 carbs. 9 o clock a little chicken and rice, maybe half a breast and quarter cup. lunch 2 whole breasts and a cup of rice. 3 o clock hungry man dinner with 600 calories including chicken. dinner 16 ounce steak, mashed potato and corn or green beans. preworkout shake. workout, weightgain shake plus 17 grams slow digesting protien. I am a hardgainer and dont eat enough and i know the hungry man is a joke, but it's hard for me to eat all the time and on top of that i smoke. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. What could make me hungry? have always had good gains, just want more. 6 foot 2 192lbs
