I was big and puffy for years but there's no point of being in that condition if you can't take your shirt off at any point in the day, even after eating a big meal. If you're not impressive 24 hours a day, you're not impressive.

You should take pictures from the same distance, camera at the same height and angle if it should be most accurate.
and ofc good lightning so we can see conditioning.
and take full body shots, close ups sucks.

halo is simply more conditioned. Shaving and a tan won't do anything. A month of honest dieting will bring him to his level, but the mass will also go away. I don't know if flint has more mass than halo. halo's been conditioned for a while and that makes a huge difference.
I always see so many "big" guys who wither away when they diet because they don't have as big of a foundation as they think. They look at guys like me and think they're hot shit, but they're really no bigger when in the same conditioning. More often than not, they CAN'T get that conditioned. It's just not in the cards... anyone can get puffy though. It's very easy.

This is correct. He projects his opinion too matter-of-factly and inherently butts heads with people, because people don't take that shit from young kids who think they know everything. Most people will listen to your opinion but not give a single fuck, so there's no point in trying to force it. If it resonates with people, cool. If not, don't bother to give a fuck. It's a lost cause and you end up looking like a desperate bag of hot air.

Personally I've never really done much of this exercise on a free weight machine only smith. But also remember but your talking to a guy who cleaned 250lbs the first time he ever tried. I don't think 225 will be much of a problem.

Guys I try to divide my arimidex into .5mg tabs but its a pain in the ass and always little pieces break all over the place. I am thinking of just going to 1mg eod at this point. I even got a pill cutter and it still does shit.
Is that dose too high for only 500mg of test?

Also before I started taking AAS my LH was low as well just not AS low as now.
I went to the doctor to have some blood work done. Right now I am only taking 300-500mg of test per week with some arimdex at .5mg eod for 7 weeks so far.
My LH level came back VERY LOW completely out of range. Do steroids lower this or is there a chance I have a pituitary tumor because my doctor wants an MRI done.
I told my doc about it and he said that withthe stuff I am taking that my LH should be high because the pituitary is trying to send signals? ???

My shoulders always sucked but once I started doing alot of work on the smythe machine they went up. I can military press 185 for strict reps with no leg drive six months ago i could only rep out 135 for a few reps especially at the lockout is where I was slow.
I am on just under 1000mg of test though :D

x2 he's not a bad fellow but you can't make such claims with a straight face and expect to be taken seriously.
For example I claim all the time "I am a strong man" but it's all very obviously a joke, my strength is actually quite average at best for someone who has been at it for a while now.
In general I find on the internet that claims of strength do not match reality. For instance I can count on one hand the number of times in my life that I've seen someone in a gym in person benching 315 with good form for any number of reps. On the internet this is pussy weight that everyone's GF warms up with :)

But the physique, though, is a mess. Sorry to say bud but you have very poor genetics. Legs, back, and arms are pretty much 3 out of 4 most important features of a body builder.

Also, these pics are angles to really showcase Flint's chest and shoulders (no homo). He needs to step back and take flat-plane shots to do a real comparison.

The only way to really tell is to put them next to each other. I have a feeling halo is a lot smaller in comparsion to others, also he lacks any density. Not a strong dude. That being said Flinstones has the chest/shoulder mass but really needs to get shredded.

It's funny though when I played ball in college there were so many freaky strong guys especially for their weight. Non of them touched anything. First cycle your strength really blows up. After that it doesn't really move much unless you use heavy tren or superdrol or something along those lines.

I will give flint serious props. 225 for 15 is excellent by any standards.
His physique appears thick and dense but flawed. Delts and traps are very impressive.
Overall though, a typical gym rat type build and unlike Halo, wouldn't get a high placing in any BB/physique show. A long way off the "best structure on a white man" that he had previously claimed.
Needs to sort the gyno out too.

Thanks bro. I am down about 15 pounds from that pic now and I was only maybe 180, 185 tops there. I felt like I had to eat all day long to even weigh that much and the lack of aerobic fitness got to me. Now I just accept my place in life as a tiny tit and run a lot (no homo) but I still do a quick full-body workout 3x/week.

I had achilles tendon surgery back in August and it left me unable to train legs at all for about 6 months. You can't even imagine the result. I am still living with the horror. My supportive wife, when I complained about the injustice of it all, said "it's not like your legs were huge before."

I've found I can add a lot of strength to my legs but they never seemed to get much bigger.
I think it is harder to take your legs "to the failure" than it is for say pressing movements.
