stupidity............... ..got lazy/only dieted for 5 weeks (i was "so good" that's all i needed)


the shape/condition i got in for the first show went to my head............(now it was going to be a "snap" to look like that again)

obviously i got a harsh reality check...............

Hey mike just curious.  Do you not train your legs?

 I am not ripping on you as I'm taller with longer limbs and have a hard time putting size on my legs as well.

Mike can definetely use some calves, quads aint that bad. But he lacks the courage to perform the ''dictionary calf raises'' with 50/60 rep sets, one leg at the time using bodyweight. Your calfs will explode in cuts, size and vascularity, just a tip big guy.

I never had a personal feud with Mike.  In a nutshell, Mike used to post a shitload of pics of himself in a horrible fat look and was delusional enough to think he looked awesome.  This being GetBig, he was "Arvillafied" for it in a legendary 100+ page thread.  I joined in around page 50 and took it to the next level...all in god fun. 

The thread had all of the necessary elements to make it a classic i.e. monster self ownings, brutal meldowns, participation from most of the GetBig personalities and of course threats of violence.  Eventually Mike made a turnaround, actually lost the fat and set foot on stage looking better than anyone could have expected.
