your natural window of oppurtunity  of adding 20 lbs of muscle was from about 15 to 24 if that!

well I haven't yet achieved consistency in diet or training.
when I do, I expect some clean growth again.

I try to get 4 good meals and 2-3 shakes a day.  I eat a big meal 1 hr before training.  then i drop a big deuce, take a bubble bath, and I'm ready to crush the weights.  I'm just hungry all the damn time.

im 21, natty obviously, 6'3.5, around 225 (ive lost a few lbs training has been disjointed past 3 weeks)

bench 375 (with a pause)
squat 420 (shit)
deadlift 550 at least (i was training recently and was very close to getting 600 then injury and sickness kicked in so i cant claim it)
weighted dips can do 4 reps tired with 180lbs attached below parallel
weiighted chins 6 reps with 65lbs
standing shoulder press 190x9 on a thick bar
arms 19" pumped
chest 49"
waist tiny
legs small lol not too bad have decent shape
calves smaller
forearms 16" goosenecked

on monday im gonna start a new log of my trianing get sum motivation etc back

I don't want to get lean.  I want to add 20 pounds of muscle.

then you will need steroids.  No way for you to ever do that as a natural, so stop trying to simulate it with overeating and excess bodyfat.
