I'm 6'2" and have never even weighed 240, close but never gotten there yet. And, I'm 28 and have been lifting for 6 years. So, I say he doesn't look bad, though the pic doesn't show a lot, good build imo.

What steroids? I was 15 when I was posting on that forum. I made up shit left and right. I read about them and thought I was God.

And I don't consider myself a bodybuilder. I do a lot of other things than lift weights. Yes, that's thai boxing and what not for all you douche bags. I eat maybe 100g of protein a day and drink 3+ nights a week. Could probably go to 225 if I got serious, but I'm content.

I've been doing MA on and off since I was a kid. Moved on to football and other sports and went back. Not a cage fighter and not a bodybuilder. Just a college kid that fucks more girls in a month than you do in a year. Deal with it.

No, outside of the first 6 months of this year, I've lifted 3-5 days a week and drank 3 times a week and ate like shit. The 2 days a week were from soph-senior year of high school. And it was usually BFS (a shitty football program) or plyometric and endurance stuff. Didn't lift during the season, either.
Lifting 5 days a week right now. I get maybe 100g of protein a day. If that.

yeah built a 540 inch motor for the nova...been working on it all summer. only ran it a few times but I am done for the year. Gona get some new heads for next year should run in the 5's.(eighth mile) Ran a 6.28 @ 109 with junk heads. That is roughly 9.80 or so in the quarter.
I am still trying to catch up on stuff around here.
