4 Weeks to go till GoRuck HEAVY.   Been destroying my workouts and in best shape of my life right now.  Down 192-193lbs and shredded. 

Doing tons of interval training

Today for example  -

400 Meter Sprint x 12

But in between each Sprint  - 1 minute situps, 1 minute pushups, 1 minute plank, 1 minute lunges

I did quarter mile sprints at 10.3 mph, followed by 3 min jog....4 circuits then  11.3 mph sprints on 1.5% for 20 sec / 10 sec rest for for 8 circuits.

I'm nowhere near your range though.

no mud.    Lots of obstacles , rowing machine, rope climb, and a lot of stairs. 

I'm hoping to finish it in 40 minutes or less.    Well see.

This is my 1 year Anniversary doing this stuff.  Last year I was a spectator there.   My heat is either 8:30 or 10

Last night was a killer

30 minutes w Ruck w 55lbs  on Stepper  - Every 5 minutes -  max pull ups - max military press w 30 lb dumbbells - 50 sit ups 

30 Minutes w Ruck Stairmaster - Every 5 minutes - w ruck - 30 squats - 1 minute plank - 10 push pause push ups

30 minutes ruck
