MuscleTech´s  LEUKIC contains leucine-ketoisocaproate. This may be an effective anabolic/antikatabolic product. However, there are no studies yet, so I would spend my $$$ on GAKIC rather than LEUKIC.  ::)

Actually there is a punch of  promising studies on leucine,  but there are no studies on LEUKIC.  In fact, it is now clear that leucine is the most anabolic/anticatabolic amino in this planet. Although popular, glutamine has no anabolic properties.

It's supposed to hit the shelves in early January 06 - maybe a week or so from now.

It seems that the last two products (Gakic and Leukic) Muscletech has come out with might actually work.  As advertised?  Well thats to be determined...  One thing you can gaurantee is that it will be overpriced.  History spells this out.
