I mean really talk about your inner feelings, frustrations, fears and deep thoughts? No just chit chat but real stuff with someone who understands you. Maybe your spouse, a therapist, a close friend, a guy at the gym etc..

I don't have frustrations and fears. When your 6'3 with a full head of hair, successful career and white, life is pretty fucking good.

Keep a journal. People used to do it in the past, but for whatever reason don't do it anymore. It keeps you from having to go over the shit in your head once you try and lay down at night.

My bench crew is pretty damn tight, we have had some pretty fucked up venting conversations in the office(NO HOMO) I've literally had grown men in tears sitting on my couch and women in tears. I've actually joked and told my wife I was gonna start a psychiatrist office in my gym hahaha.

But yeah our crew can pretty much talk about anything and not be judged at all, we all got problems and we all need to vent.

LIving in a big city, sometimes it's harder maintaining close friends. People have problems career wise and have to get out so you lose touch. I don't see anyone from HS. There are people that i can talk to here and there, sometimes get a little personal but never too personal.

I can usually deal with things though. Haven't had to be talked off a cliff yet.

I regularly talk to Basile about feelings over Skype. He is like the grandfather I never had.

I put up posters of famous bodybuilders on my walls and they've almost become like dear friends to me.

Some days I turn to them for support and we end up talking for hours.
