In order for an account to be approved, it must pass through a committee of 12 people.

Chin Boy will claim that it is a slow process in order to prevent gimmicks, but some of these "guys" run countless gimmicks.

There are also way too many stalkers on these boards.

They check email headers for ip addresses, running a hash against known account ips, or at least that's what I figure is the reason I can't get a gimmick or two.
