This morning I watched an interview with Tyson Fury on YouTube.

Really like the guy. Seems like a genuine and forthright fellow.

Haha, glad you caught it, Fortress!  Yeah, he was licking his chops there for a second, haha.

Reporters are supposed to ask tough questions, and if anything - they don't do that NEARLY enough.  So I shouldn't complain when that happens here.  That said, I am a big "Innocent until proven guilty" guy.  And I haven't looked into the details of Tyson's rape conviction.

That was still some balls to ask him that question.

He easily could have framed the question in a much-less-inflammatory way.

Hard-hitting questions shouldn’t be engineered to most-certainly shut down your subject.

The host wank will never live that down.

They talked about how Mike Tyson used to put the heads of other men on swivels.  It's a good point - even at age 48 [which Mike was there], he still had the capacity to turn off the lights of a normal person [which I'm assuming Nathan Downer is - a normal low-test man who does not train, at least based on his physiognomy].  The Hodge Twins have a funny way to put things though.  ;D

That's a good point.  It's not like Mike Tyson just walked into a CP24 livestream - Mr. Downer had time to think that question through.  He could have asked something like "Based on aspects of your past history, do you think some people will use that to make negative associations with Mayor Rob Ford?"

Or something...who knows...but I think you hit that one on the head.

Frankly, I struggled to ask hard questions to bodybuilders.  I did definitely do it a few times.  But I suppose I can understand why people skip it.  I always feel respect goes a long way.

you wrestled at 100 lbs and think you are some elite level fighter. At 50+ he would smash you to pieces.

I won international competitions in Greco and Freestyle as a 25 year old heavyweight in the Army I have posted my trophies

he would be helpless if I got a hold of him. Sure he might land a punch and knock me out but chances are I would get a hold of him. He would have no idea what to do then and would be completely helpless. If he doesn't land an immediate one punch KO I would ragdoll him
