I use to own that issue of MMI where you went to venice ,if I'm not mistaken it has Labrada on the cover. I really enjoyed your article too...saw you meetin alot of the pros and names at the time...and YES you did train with Platz....I remember there was a pic of you layin on the floor after the leg workout with a caption like "lights out' or somethin....that was some great stuff man,you speak the truth.

Glad you enjoyed it, Danjo. You know what, I can't even recall who was on that issue's cover. I have them all in boxes in storage.

Platz is one in a million. The dude has a switch and when he turns it on, look out. I remember him standing behind me as I was squatting 315 and all I could hear behind me was, Strong ... stronger ... STRONGER ... STRONGER! ... Totally awesome experience.

I can only imagine his horror to learn that not only did I crush his windpipe concerning the whole powerlifting/Henderson deal, but my "fakeness" isn't. Oh, and despite being an old geezer (42
