gain muslce without gaining water or fat, that hasn't worked
so now to recomp taking tren and eating clean food, never ever eaten clean in my life, always french ffries donuts, pizza icew cream chocolate cookies etc
so if i eat very clean high carb oats and brown rice only no sugar and only fat from chicken skin to see what it can do
gotta feeling its really gonna work well as i've never ever ate clean in my entire life and you see how i looked
goal is to have very full muslce with a ballerina waist, wasit like in the 160 pic but with round full 80s muscles
