 I was looking over some research and came across the idea milk has always been a staple for powerlifters but is a tad bit low in luecine so adding 3 or so grams to a milk or even whey and milk would obviously make even more Anabolic I'm sure many of you know this but it's probably the best supplement leucine added to vegetable protein also can basically make plant based protien as good as whey
