Probably too low from many years of drinking.....been clean and sober now for 26 years.

I never abused gear......I went high dosage at times at 3 weeks out or so depending on how I looked,then would taper back......I did my fair share of course, but I relied on training and a strict diet more than the gear.

At times when cash was low I would do a contest using just Test as it was all I could afford, but would still do well due to dieting like a Spartan,training my balls off, and cardio 6 days a week.... sometimes twice a day.

Haha it’s pretty depressing when you think of it like that I remember the last summer holidays we were all still at school spending all day down the woods swimming in the dam with mates not realising it was our last summer ever of true freedom.
