everytime i sprint all out i feel like im gonna die

i sprint uphill for .15 of a mile 2-3 times a day split up every day. no weights or anything

i swear my legs are dying near the .12 mark and i quit at .15 since i slow down considerably

then i immediatley stop and then i feel like im gonna die cause i cant keep up with the oxygen demand :(

i love the cardio effect that ice cold burning lung feel everysingle time i can tap into that but i probably need to do some sort of long long walk cool down . i think i read if you stop after a sprint you could die?

sprinting is really the only exercise you need. you cant make your heart beat fast as hell doing anything else

sprinting at a 10 degree incline or more for .15  miles blasts my lungs its just really difficult to calm down afterwords almost like a panic attack

Sprinting sucks balls no matter what.
Just sprint back and forth with a stop watch a certain amount of times.
Keep doing it until that becomes easier, then raise the goal higher.
You'd be surprised how fast cardio builds

i think if my calculations are correct i "try" to sprint roughly the distance of two foot ball feilds .15 miles up a hill. so i probably need to walk it off half a mile after that maybe to not feel that 'im gonna die feeling'

Sprints are fantastic keep it up and do more of them and change up your interval patterns to incorporate different lengths etc and learn deep breathing techniques.

Deep breathing techniques have been show to give your lungs 7 times more oxygen than what they would normally receive otherwise, this is important facet to look into.

jogging just depletes my calories, sprinting tests my heart and lungs but maybe too much im gonna start a long cool down after each sprint

running on a treadmill at the incline forces you to complete the distance seemingly morso than out doors then when i immediatly hop off heart is racing all fucking out struggiling to keep up with breathing

i notice blacks spit alot on the sidewalk when i see them walking maybe i should spit more

Try doing fartleks.

Also, walking after a sprint is not ideal, it's better to jog between sprints (essentially, a fartlek). It takes a few months for running to get easy. It's a beautiful thing, though...clear mind, no thoughts running through your head...the high, being "in the zone." I love it. However, I fucking hated it and had to force myself to not quit when I started.

Mount a ten speed bike (with toe clips) onto a "wind trainer".  Get a cardio monitor (chest strap type).  Start at one minute. Every other day go one minute longer.  At the end of two months you are going 30 minutes without stopping.

Then, still every other day, using the heart monitor, raise the heart rate a little each day.

Be sure to have a tv and dvd player handy to pass the time.

probably a substantial amount of grape juice would be in order right before or right after the sprint to minimize the ensuing chain reaction of the energy system of the body as it must swiftly try to compensate and shift energy sources around due to rapidly emptied out muscle glycogen storages

that should minimize occurrence of any negative outcomes
