As much as I think Plumpy is FOS and a fraud with all his claims , I dont think Ron will remove him ,how can he - Ron himself is in worse shape than plumpy also never eats right or trains or follows nothing to do with the bodybuilding lifestyle but runs a bodybuilding forum , attends shows and talks nonstop about BB..They are in the same boat..

Coaches of Football teams , weightlifters etc etc look nothing like there athletes but still have the knowledge , as much as it suxs I dont think plumpy will be demodded for being a fat out of shape lying cnut.

I understand, but it makes Getbig look laughable when our training mod is a fat balding liar! He is a lying tool and I want to know how he can offer advice when he has never experienced the lifts and so on.

Secondly his lack of knowledge may be a health and safety risk. Ron does not want a libel case on his hands, think about it ron!

I never really had a beef with "Wil" before now, but I agree 100% with your post. This whole fiasco is a huge black eye to this site. Now that Ron knows the truth, he can do the right thing.
