Austin is out of gas.

Not trying to be insensitive but, one natural disaster and the state falls apart.
We wouldn't survive 1 week in a zombie apocalypse.  I weep for humanity   >:(

They had to shut down the huge Exxon/Mobile gasoline plant in Baytown...

All the stores closed to me were out of gas. I had to wait 30+ mins in line to get gas. My GF is very impatient,she when to a store that had a shorter line but was overcharging by 70 cents a gallon.

We had a gasoline crisis during hurricane Sandy for almost 2 weeks. It was terrible, feel for you guys. Now whenever I hear bad weather I stock up.

My GF has a co worker that drives from San Antonio everyday for work (80-90 miles). She was low on gas and couldn't find gas anywhere. She had to go back to work and is just waiting there trying to see if a friend can bring her a gas can and drive her around to look for gas.  :-\

The funny thing is the some Austin government people are trying to deny there is a gas shortage to prevent people from hoarding gas. Doesn't work when you drive down the street and all the places are out of gas.

I have a garage of 10 cars to choose from to drive so gas is plentiful

Filled my SUV's tank up in Houston early today at $2.35 a gallon at a Shell Station. Went five blocks down the road and saw a Kroger gas station with fuel at $1.99 a gallon but the Wal-Mart was out of gas. Go figure!

Had to go to two grocery stores to get enough food types I need.

My gym is flooded and won't return to being open for 5 weeks. Gotta to find a new gym where I can work out on a short-term basis. More money to pay out during this crisis.
