Title: cutting cycle diet advise

i am 6' 245lbs and around 19%BF. if i cut my calorie intake down to 1500-2000 a day will i lose to much muscle mass. i'm running .5ccEOD of 300sust i plan on eating alot of protein still but eating good carbs.

1500-200 is too little for someone your size. i would stay in the 2500 range. Why not run some clen/t3/ or even ECA?

diet diet diet then cardio some more diet an after that more cardio

Anything less than 2000 cals is setting yourself up for failure, especially if you're doing cardio.  But, if you go this route, skip the T3 as it will make the caqlorie deprivation even more catabolic.  Muscle memory will make gaining back the lost muscle somewhat easy after the diet is over and the fat is gone.
