Don't understand....  Didn't he have open heart surgery?  Where are the massive scars?

he had a valve replacement, you can go through the bellybutton for that! The healing time is still very long, this looks like an old picture.

his hair is still great (well,the guy he bought it  off)

he has aged badly for that generation - ferrigno and Dave D still look ok

A lot of aspiring new actors frequently receive mole removal surgeries. It's pretty funny how often it happens.

Arnold no doubt had it removed at the advice of his agent at the time.

There looks like some scarring just above his naval... How old is this though? He looked good in T3.
