Prescription Drugs and Supplements

I just found out that my cholesterol was high and I'm about to start taking Lipitor. Should I be worried about mixing that with supplements. I'm currently taking a Test Booster, Flax Seed, and Milk Thistle.

How high?  Do either of your parents have high cholesterol?
Fish oil has been shown to lower cholesterol numbers.
