Friend texting me from weigh ins, he missed weight, non-title fight... If getbiggers were unaware he cuts 25-30 lbs over 4 weeks for all his fights and swears by the "Dolce diet," which is supposed to be best way to eat and cut weight while maximizing muscles mass and performance. Anyone here use it or familiar with it (there are books and online counseling for it)?

Even though the likelihood is they just bribed the commission, you could in theory sweat out another 1.5lbs in a sauna. Or take intravenous diuretics.

You're assuming he's completely dehydrated, which isn't necessarily the case.

Blaha has his own goals and thats fine, not everyone wants to look like a BB.. but he really is everything wrong with Youtube... he has zero to offer and just spouts off to get attention and is highly delusional about himself and his popularity. How he has developed the following he has is quite ludicrous and a testament to how fucking retarded kids are now days.
