the pic is deceiving- without a bodyweight to go with it it would be hard to tell you what he's on. it's deceiving cause he doesn't scream 'drugs'. without knowing his height i'd say if he's 5'7-5'9 he's 165-180 in that pic. 5'10-6'0 185-200 ish.

he doesn't look thick enough or have enough density to make me think he runs a lot of gear, or even GH.

i'd say thats an attainable build using a low dose test regime with a little var and primo.
