First post here and on any BB forum ... Ok here are the stats :
5' 10
10% BF when I start
In the gym: long enough to do one
Age : 29
Training spot on
Nutrition spot on
I haven't ate a Piece of food not weighed for months. Ok maybe not every piece but we get the picture.
I'll have complete direction on the nutrition side of things when I start.
Here's my questions :
1) can I pin on Fri night and Sunday a.m making these two pins the only pins of the week, I have personal reasons for this
2)I want to do a test Only cycle. From my research 500mg/week is ideal for first. What does everyone think of maybe 250ml/week to see how I react. See how I grow.
I'd like to add, I'm realistic I know I'm not going to blow up like the hulk ( or maybe I will) but I have a career in a corporate environment where I need to be under radar about this. Better yet, I'd just like to cause zero suspicion. In winter this would be easier to hide cause I wear a suit. But summer I'm In polos and stuff.
Can 250ml be good? 350ml?
Any guidance here from people with the experience will be greatly appreciated.
