Since you are the only getbigger i know that has a past of excellence in bodybuilding (Did a lot of shows, been on the cover of several bodybuilding magazines) could you be so kind to send me an autographed picture of you in your prime so i can hang it in the board of honor of my gym as an example for future generations to folow?
The only way i can repay you is by immortalizing you and your bodybuilding record and achivements.

yes wes is a legend, has a physique anyone would want to have and does it all at an age when most people are getting fitted for their walkers.
hes also a guy you could sit down and pound beers and bbq with. one of the good guys for sure.

You young guys here need to listen to us older dudes. It's a lot tougher in the Fitness/Bodybuilding world for us "older" dudes who want to stay in shape. You young guys that are "doing it wrong" today? You are kind of in for a big surprise. There is a way to stay fit past fifty and still look good. You would be surprised at how many times the younger generation in my gym want to know "the secret" already! You guys here are cool dudes and I know that in the gym you would be cool to work out with and to hang with... teach you shit an' everything. Know what I mean? I'm sure you younger guys here talk to the older dudes who are in good shape ALL THE TIME! Why would my gym be any different?

I was given pain pills for my arthritis. I stopped taking them less than a month after being prescribed the pills. I felt I didnt need them and I didn't want to be on pain pills the rest of my life. I went through withdrawal and it was awful. I told myself never again.
