So sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, it has been a tough month and I have been pretty busy on top pf it. As far as fat-burners, Blockhead is right theat I never used ephedrine.
I did use Dialed-In (Pride Nutritions fat burner which has a synephrine/caffeine/white willow...aspirin blend) before cardio and on days that I was sluggish. Mor then that I beleived in taking in a ton of good fats (40-50 Grams a day, 10-15 G's coming from EFA's, the rest coming from raw almonds, natural PB, flax oil and olive oil.) as well as a product called C-Gone from Pride...it is a carb-utilizer and I swear that leaning up this year was cake. I didn't have the mood swings that I had last year using nothing and I really don't do that much cadio 30-45 min 4-5 days a week when I am cutting.
Hope this helps...form what I have heard though the ECA stack is the way to go if you aren't worried about using ephedrine.
