hes about as lean as me, except he has little bit stomach fat, but the guy is shredded, we talking striate triceps while sitting there relaxed, and well, his mass, is about double mine, or lets say clearly more than me.

hes also very very strong, and he swears up and down he never took anything.

trains since 20 years, says he gets thin when he diets, but he looks like 2-4 weeks out from contest at any time.
