It's a big weight, alot of guys load up the leg press but do half reps.
True , I usually get upto 8 or 9 plates aside - Today my right knee wasn't clicking or popping
And I got a good 11reps or so with the 9 aside - so went that bit heavier.
I don't go in gym with pre set weights or sets I try & train as hard as I can on that particular day.
Its quite entertaining some days if I work in on the equipment when the younger lads are ego
Lifting as I usually start with 2 or 3 plates !& go from there, they've got there 6-7 plates for half reps
& screaming 😊 by the time I get their weight they're asking me how much more you doing ,
Usually answer is I don't know I'll keep adding till I can only get 6 - 7 reps.
Strange they tend to say they're finished move off. 😂🤣😂
Probably think WTF with that old man.
