The crossfit types are the hipsters of the gym world, had one at the gym earlier today who had taken the bar from within the power rack only to set it up with baby weights right in front of it. Not actually using it at all, just wanting to be near it and prevent others from actually using it for whatever reason. Given they're spoon fed what to do ala random workout of the days I would much rather see these types go to some sort of day care jungle gym gymnasium. Really have no business in most commercial gyms. The crossfit fail vids however are hilarious so at least they have that going for them.
