yes, but I stretch them out between each set =) just bending your hands back against a barbell etc
Barbell curls do it to me somtimes, when curling 52.5kg.I have to stick to dumbells most of the time to avoid this, i guess it's a genetic thing.Brachioradialis = forearm muscle for those who don't know.
It sounds to me that your form sucks major dick. A girl at my gym had the same complaint and her form was atrocious.
