I think this is too easy.

The thing is, most people turn to BB because they "need to man-up" and also because they have nothing else they have sucess in in life.

This leads to building your identity on the size of your arms, your knowledge about nutrition and training or the weights you can lift. These are easily outmatched by others though, which leads to more insecurity for yourself. It's a vicious circle, and being on an internnet message board where emotional signs cannot b read by others, it leads to frustration and hate for the insecure.

It means to train your body and your mind. If one is weak, the other one cannot be useful as well.

Prime example for an unbalance would be Stephen Hawking as "body is weak, mind is strong". His intellect can make up for many things his body can't do for you, but i think he'd trade some part of his IQ for a better body anytime. Even if not, few people are blessed with is intelligence.

A healthy body and a healthy mind, this is what makes you get along very good.
