I'd argue Kevin Levrone because he DOMINATED the Nationals and then went immediately into the pro ranks and OWNED the IFBB.
What do other people think???

the best by FARRRR was LEE HANEY. have we forgotten what a run he was on throughout his entire career???if there's a nationals champ that has dominated, it's been LEE HANEY.......he's not my favorite though......

cormier usa champ,matarazzo usa champ,demayo yes 94 nat chmp,forgot francois what he won to turn pro could be nat's.kev and porter cotrell won there weight classes together ,and were good pros head to head in early nineties shows.u def could make a point for cutler,cause yates and coleman did not win nat's and were olympians.haney was one of the 1sts and ray was unreal at 87 nat's.
