you havent seen the movie?
samsung is one of the better brands for lcd. sony might be a little better, but usually cost more.
Samsung panels are cheaper than lg panels because of the quality. Thousands of factories @ pearl river delta cant be wrong. Let me know if ya wanna visit some mr expert
yeah i really wanted a Sony Bravia but like you say they are a lot more but man the picture on the Sony's is INCREDIBLE.
i'm not joking, the picture on the Sony LCD's is so lifelike it looks like it's real life, crazy, they had a 52 inch for like 2500 bucks that was unbelievable.
sony got a 70" too in the new 3500 series with a ridiculous price tag
my 55 inch is a 1080 i not 1080 p,,kinda bummed,,but i got it before 1080 p came out.
i believe that, the price will come down in a few years, funny thing is that the TV's we're paying 1000-1500 bucks for now were 4000 bucks a few years ago.
Yeah and no digital cam to take a pic and prove poor bluto, always trying but failing
just got back, bought the 42 inch Samsung LCD 1080P, got a decent deal on it, really wanted the Sony Bravia but they were on order and honestly the picture was a good deal clearer, my TV has a 10,000:1 contrast ratio and the Bravia has an 18,000:1 but the Samsung is pretty nice too.
Where did you get it from? We got our Sony at Costco - sounds odd but got a good deal on it.
I bought a 65 inch Mitubishi a few weeks ago, I was embarrassed to say it cuz all you guys have LCD and Plasmas. It's a RP, but I like it. I had(still have) a 53 inch sony and I wanted something bigger, but there was no way I was going to pay 5 grand, so I went the cheap route. My buddy has the same TV and he payed 2400$ about 9 months ago and mine was 1800$. I regret not getting an LCD, but more than anything I wish I had went with the 73 inch Mitsubishi.
sounds like a good deal. lotta screen size for that money
Have the shows on my cable are small though. I can zoom, but then it doesn't look as good. Only the Hi-def channels fill out the screen. And there are only like 40 hi-def channels. A lot of shows it's like watching a 50 inch tv, kind of sucks.
but when you hook up your dvd to it, hows that? or hd-dvd and/or blu-ray if you got that
be careful what you watch on that tv... dont want to watch oprah on 65"
I only watch that show if there is going to be a star on it that I like. I need to get my old 53 inch TV up here somehow, this 27 inch TV in my office sucks. I wish MOS and SS were my neighbors. I am not strong enough.
