Phil's triceps shape are genetic - he was born with that shape. Kai has typical black-man tri horseshoe shape, ala Ronnie.

Uh no---ive seen plenty of black dudes with triceps like Phil's (one was a Nigerian) and like white dudes with triceps like Ronnie. Ronnie's lateral heads are not prominent, but he has some big ass triceps.
