Nutrition and what it means, and human behavior towards it
« on: January 25, 2014, 02:07:27 PM »
New-Try-Shun

nutrition

nu-tri-tion

Whenever we were introduced to a new food as little kids , we would shun away from trying it

even though it was good for us, but we were such babies and brats we would not eat healthy foods

even adults have this baby attitude to (new try shun=nutrition) concepts that i have blessed get big with. They do NOt want to eat a shitload of carrots or even kale, they choose to shun these things they still think... the old foods that they have been eating will give new results

let me repeat

you still think the old foods youve been eating (meat and bullshit) will give you new results (muscle gayns). you are caught in an endless cycle of this patter

so give proper nutrition a try

Falcon are you still including orange clay in your diet or was that simply an experiment in optimal energetics?

Thats because you mam fed you shit and you got used to it.
She later felt guilty because she saw the lack of nutrients were leading to retardation and tried to compensate.

Many don't care about maximizing energy because they live a largely sedentary lifestyle anyway.

This is a choice they may make but I find it a contemptuous one.

These is the best pretzels we can get here in Oz. I'm gonna try some with some vegemite and see if I gain any noticeable benefits.

The vegemite is one of the richest sources of vitamins B. There could be some potential when combined with the pretzels.
