There is no real thought or plan, he just takes things that "seem right" and when he runs out he will get something else and run that
He is not lean at all, about 20% and at the moment he is taking 100mg of anadrol a day, presumably until he runs out. He is always on something, but will just pick something and run it solo until it's all gone lol
