So did you pick a new policy?  Got a new state appointed psych doc on hand?  Though as stupid as you are, I would just suggest going straight to the death panels and saving the rest of the country a few dollars.

if I don't pay for insurance and just take the 2% fine, will the hospital still sue me when I don't pay? or will the gov't pay for it?
